Destination Wedding Hair and Makeup – Provence, Franc

One of the most exciting parts of my work is being invited to style brides for their destination weddings abroad. Travelling internationally to create timeless bridal looks is always a privilege, and Saskia’s wedding at the stunning Château Les Crostes in Provence was the perfect example of why I love what I do.

Preparing for a destination wedding takes extra planning and precision. From making sure every product in my kit is flight-ready, to selecting makeup and hairstyling techniques that perform beautifully in warmer climates, every detail is carefully thought through.

For Saskia, this preparation meant she could relax and enjoy her day, confident that her look would remain flawless from ceremony to evening celebrations.

Her bridal style was designed with timeless destination elegance in mind. We chose a sleek, slicked-back bun – a chic hairstyle that paired beautifully with both her gown and the sophistication of a French château setting.

For her makeup, I focused on natural radiance: glowing, luminous skin with a fresh, modern finish that looked incredible in the Provençal light.

I also styled Saskia’s bridesmaids, ensuring their looks complemented both the bride and the atmosphere of the day. Cohesive styling across the bridal party is always a joy to create, and it added to the sense of elegance that carried through every detail of this Provençal celebration.
